Ways to partner with Ollie
Ollie Technical Services
During an Ollie Technical Services engagement, Ollie’s Design and Corporate Teams work in close collaboration with our client through the pre-construction and construction phases to optimize a property for coliving.
Pre-construction phase services include:
creating floor plans customized for coliving
designing amenity spaces for coliving programming
selecting FF&E to enhance the coliving experience
Construction phase services include:
procuring FF&E and overseeing its installation
reviewing vendor contracts for coliving programming
creating punch lists to ensure construction finishes meet Ollie’s coliving standards
Ollie Technical Services engagements typically last four months to two years depending upon project specifics and are tailored to our client’s needs.
Ollie Management Agreement
If a project meets Ollie’s Brand Standards, Ollie would welcome the opportunity to discuss a long-term coliving management relationship through a Management Agreement. The primary route to ensure a project meets Ollie's Brand Standards is through an Ollie Technical Services engagement.
Ollie's Management Agreement consists of:

first-class property management services
coliving marketing services
lead generation services to facilitate leasing
licensing access to Ollie’s intellectual property and brand standards
